Vision Statement
To  assist Maori assimilate   into Australia and encourage warm  fellowship  with all  multi  cultural people and accept diversity physical/spiritual  and  mental  well being of   all mankind.   
To  mix  harmoniously into   the   community  by   sharing  their skills  &   knowledge,  which  allows them    to   access  better    job     opportunities,   whilst  retaining   their   cultural   values  to become sound citizens of Australia.

Mission Statement
To establish a   network  of Wahine  (Women) throughout    Indigenous   Nations  Worldwide who will work together to inform, develop, and teach  their cultural  and traditional arts to their younger  generation  thereby maintaining their understanding   of  their  Whakapapa  (Family History)  and  retaining   Tikanga   (Spiritual Aspects) and encourage education and family interaction in peace and harmony.

Principal Purpose
To promote understanding of universal values in spiritual traditions and arts of movable cultural heritage with intrinsic values and applying these concepts in cross cultural diversity using the metaphor of the rainbow as a way of understanding.  
 Emphasis is on the role of cross-cultural liaisons and mediation, 
and that these  processes need to be integral components of humanitarian 
aid and help to  alleviate poverty and create sustainable programs 
in health, education and housing.
